For the first time in the history of the Tour De France , Italy will be the starting country of the tour and Bologna will be the arrival city of the second stage, Sunday 30 June.
Le Grand Depart will be Saturday 29 June 2024 in Florence, with the first stage Florence-Rimini.
On the second day of the race it will be the turn of Cesenatico-Bologna, with the arrival in the city expected in the afternoon.
On the third day the departure will be from Piacenza for the last Italian stage, in Turin.
